Who we are

What we collect
When you request a scorecard we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, business name, website, service area, a description of your business, the example customer questions you provide, your Google Business Profile URL and any other information you choose to share. We also record the date and time of your request and, where available, the IP address the request came from.
Why we use it
We use your information to prepare your AI Visibility Scorecard, to send it to you, and to respond if you contact us. If you tick the optional marketing box, we may also send you occasional emails about getting found by AI. Those two permissions are stored separately, and one never implies the other.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it — just email us and we'll action it.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your information. Your submission is stored in our secured database and is only accessible to the people who need it to produce your scorecard. We use trusted service providers for hosting and email delivery, who process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as needed to provide your scorecard and to keep proper business records, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
Cookies
This site uses only the essential technology needed to load pages and submit the form. We do not run advertising trackers here.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
